Job Description:
A company is looking for a NOC Analyst I to monitor and respond
to network issues.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network sites and analyze monitoring tools to identify
issues
Act as the first tier in alert response and coordinate
communication regarding customer impacting issues
Maintain a detailed log of incidents and ensure proper escalation
to relevant teams
Required Qualifications
At least 3 months of related experience or training, preferably in
a Network Operations environment
Flexibility to work alternate shifts to support 24/7 operations
Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) preferred
Basic knowledge of modems and networking preferred
