Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Performance Improvement
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct business process analysis and provide consultation for
system implementation, focusing on compensation processes
Facilitate change management and coordinate project efforts with
stakeholders to enhance business processes
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on business processes, OHSU
policies, and information management for strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, healthcare, science,
business, engineering, or statistics
7 years of experience in performance improvement and/or project
management
Evidence of relevant continuing education in performance
improvement and project management
Experience using Oracle ERP, specifically HR and Payroll
components
Knowledge of compensation, HR, and payroll processes, including
reporting concepts and standard metrics
