Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Consultant in the
Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers
throughout the customer lifecycle
Manage ongoing operations meetings to address customer needs and
support business expectations
Drive annual open enrollment success by coordinating resources and
developing actionable plans
Required Qualifications and Education:
3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or
related roles
Industry knowledge in Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or
Healthcare preferred
Experience managing complex customer portfolios
B.S. or B.A. preferred
Ability to align customer success with Benefitfocus solutions for
long-term partnerships
