Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Specialist to act as the
subject matter expert for their HCM system.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with department leaders to define business requirements and
implement changes to business processes
Develop and maintain HRIS business process workflows for efficiency
and compliance
Provide training and support for users on Workday features and
conduct regular audits for data integrity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer sciences,
business administration, human resources, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience
Strong knowledge of People Team business processes and Workday
configuration
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
