TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Flint, Michigan, 48503 Pay Information $2,038 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical Surgical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years Level 1 or 2 Trauma experience required License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; NIH preferred Must-Have: Experience with EPIC Charting Job Description: - Work in a Medical-Surgical unit comprising mid acuity, general medicine, post-operative patients, diabetes, and general medical care. - Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1, with a maximum of 5:1. - Work every other weekend with no on-call requirement. - Comply with travel compliance guidelines, including lab completions within 72 hours. - Participation in modules is required annually and completed onsite. - Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as block schedules cannot be guaranteed. - Candidates must be prepared to float within their scope if requested.
