Responsible AI Senior Manager, you will be leading a team of junior
team members working with a wide variety of clients to define,
develop and operationalize their AI strategy, governance and risk
management framework, ModelOps architecture and other capabilities
adhering to their internal enterprise level policies and procedures
and required regulatory compliance and security requirements.Skills
and attributes for successDeveloping and executing a comprehensive
AI Strategy that aligns with the client's goals, mission and vision
and adheres to their enterprise policies and procedures and AI
regulatory and compliance requirementsCollaborating with the Risk
Team to embed the risk framework into the end-to-end AI
capabilities and model lifecycle management.Staying abreast of AI
technology trends and provide directional guidance and
recommendations around ModelOps tools and solutions that fit their
needs and integrate with their existing ecosystemApplying combined
business and technical knowledge to develop and execute ModelOps
target architecture that enables implementation and monitoring of
AI at scaleCollaborating with Data Scientists, Data Engineers,
Cloud Engineers, MLOps Engineers, DevOps to implement and sustain
ModelOps target architecture in client's platform of
choiceCollaborating with clients to understand their business
objectives and develop tailored Responsible AI strategies aligned
with their values and regulatory obligationsDesigning and
implementing ethical frameworks, guidelines, and policies to govern
the development and deployment of AI systems, ensuring fairness,
transparency, and accountabilityLeading efforts to identify and
mitigate biases in AI algorithms and data, employing techniques
such as fairness-aware machine learning and bias
detectionCollaborating with the client's team to integrate ModelOps
solution into their existing ecosystemStaying abreast of industry
trends, technology innovations and AI regulatory requirements
across the globeMonitoring progress, managing risk and ensuring key
stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected
outcomesUnderstanding clients' overall data, AI and technology

collaboration and experience working with a diverse team in a
hybrid model (on site and remote)Working on large-scale client

degree in Business, Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship,
Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics,
Data Science, or Machine LearningMinimum of 8-10+ years of
professional consulting experience in business or technology
consulting or similar rolesProven experience in AI ethics,
responsible AI, or related fields, with a strong understanding of
AI technologies and their ethical implicationsStrong data science
and/or data engineering experienceAbility to stay updated with
industry trends and AI regulatory requirements, and quickly adapt
to new technologies.Strong knowledge of AI technologies and
frameworksCommunication and critical thinking are essential. Must
be able to listen and understand the question and develop and
deliver clear insightsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex
technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated

a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be
rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you
bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all
geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $325,800. The salary
range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California
(excluding Sacramento) is $171,100 to $370,300. Individual salaries
within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of
factors including but not limited to education, experience,
knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards
package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k)
plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our
team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for
most people in external, client serving roles to work together in
person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project
or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much
vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
